This most likely means the brothers of Jeshaiah and the sons of Jeshaiah and of his brothers. Since, as in 8:18, this is a small group of related people, you could decide to treat the terms brothers and sons here as either literal or figurative. Alternate translation: “along with his brothers and their sons” or “along with his relatives and their descendants”
