UST On the last day of that week-long period, that person should shave off all his hair once again, including his head, beard, and eyebrows. The word seventh is the ordinal form of the number seven. If your language does not use ordinal numbers, you could use a cardinal number here or an equivalent expression. Alternate translation: “on the last day of that week-long period”

These expressions mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words.
