BrTr And that which is left of the oil which is on the hand of the priest he shall put on the head of him that is purged, and the priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord.

ULT And the remainder of the oil that is on the palm of the priest he shall give on the head of the person being cleansed, to make atonement for him to the face of Yahweh.

UST The priest should put whatever oil remains on his palm onto the head of the person whom the priest is cleansing. When the priest has done this, Yahweh will have cleansed the person in his presence. Yahweh will restore the person and remove the impurity he acquired from his infectious skin disease.
