BrTrAnd if a woman have an issue of blood many days, not in the time of her separation; if the blood should also flow after her separation, all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean.

ULTAnd a woman, when a flow of her blood flows for many days when it is not the time of her menstruation, or when she flows beyond her menstruation, all the days of the flow of her uncleanness shall be like the days of her menstruation. She is unclean.

USTIt may also happen that a woman experiences an extended discharge of blood when she is not normally menstruating or her discharge continues for an inordinate amount of time. If this happens, as long as she experiences a discharge of blood, she should consider herself to be impure, just as when she experiences her normal menstruation.

BSB  § When a woman has a discharge of her blood for many days at a time other than her menstrual period, or if it continues beyond her period, she will be unclean all the days of her unclean discharge, just as she is during the days of her menstruation.

TSNTyndale Study Notes:

15:1-33 The principle of normal and abnormal and the created order again aids the interpretation of these regulations (see “Clean, Unclean, and Holy” Theme Note). Bodily discharges, such as infections (see study note on 13:1-46), were not “normal” because they weakened the vitality of the person, so the person was not seen as whole. Whether male (15:1-18) or female (15:19-33), such a person became unclean.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: writing-poetry

כִּֽי־יָזוּב֩ ז֨וֹב דָּמָ֜הּ

that/for/because/then/when discharges body_fluid blood,her

Words are being repeated for emphasis. Specifically, the word flow translates a noun that is related to the verb flows. If your language can repeat words in a similar way, consider doing so here. If not, consider using a generic expression. Alternate translation: “when her blood certainly flows”

כִֽי־תָז֖וּב עַל־נִדָּתָ֑הּ

if has_a_discharge on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in period,her

Alternate translation: “when she continues to bleed from her genitals longer than the expected length of time”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / possession

כָּל־יְמֵ֞י ז֣וֹב טֻמְאָתָ֗הּ

all/each/any/every days_of discharge unclean,her

Here, days of the flow uses the possessive form to describe days that are characterized by the presence of the woman’s unclean flow. If your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could use a generic expression. Alternate translation: “as long as she is bleeding and is unclean, it”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / possession

כִּימֵ֧י נִדָּתָ֛הּ

as,days menstruation,her

This expression uses the possessive form to describe days that are characterized by the presence of the woman’s menstruation. If your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could use a generic expression. Alternate translation: “like the period when she normally menstruates”
