OET (OET-LV)and they_were_selling their properties and their possessions, and they_were_dividing them to_all, anyone was_having as_much_as would need.

OET (OET-RV)Some sold their properties and possessions and divided them among the group so that everyone had everything they needed.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet

τὰ κτήματα καὶ τὰς ὑπάρξεις ἐπίπρασκον

(Some words not found in SR-GNT: καί τά κτήματα καί τάς ὑπάρξεις ἐπίπρασκον καί διεμέριζον αὐτά πᾶσιν καθότι ἄν τὶς χρείαν εἶχεν)

The words properties and possessions mean similar things. Luke may be using these words together for emphasis. As the General Notes to this chapter suggest, it may be helpful to start a new sentence here. Alternate translation: [They were selling many valuable things that they owned]

Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns

καὶ διεμέριζον αὐτὰ

(Some words not found in SR-GNT: καί τά κτήματα καί τάς ὑπάρξεις ἐπίπρασκον καί διεμέριζον αὐτά πᾶσιν καθότι ἄν τὶς χρείαν εἶχεν)

Here the pronoun they refers to believers who sold things they owned, and the pronoun them refers to the money they received from these sales. Alternate translation: [the believers who sold these things were distributing the money that they received]

πᾶσιν, καθότι ἄν τις χρείαν εἶχεν

˱to˲_all as_much_as would (Some words not found in SR-GNT: καί τά κτήματα καί τάς ὑπάρξεις ἐπίπρασκον καί διεμέριζον αὐτά πᾶσιν καθότι ἄν τὶς χρείαν εἶχεν)

Alternate translation: [to everyone who needed help]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

2:42-47 Luke makes a clear connection between personal faith and membership in the Christian community. Life in this new community involved devotion to the apostolic teaching of God’s Word, fellowship, sharing, joy, and praise, and it resulted in the Lord’s continuing to add to their number those who were being saved.
