(Occurrence 0) They will set large shields, small shields, and helmets against you all around
(Some words not found in UHB: and,come against,you weapons_of chariots and,wagons and,in/on/at/with,host_of peoples buckler and,shield and,helmet set against,you on_every_side and,commit before,face/front,them judgement and,judge,you in/on/at/with,standards_of,their )
These defensive items are used to refer to various types of soldiers. Alternate translation: “Soldiers will attack you on all sides carrying large shields, small shields, and wearing helmets”
23:1-49 This chapter, like ch 16, gives the history of the northern and southern kingdoms of Israel and Judah in the form of an extended metaphor. It graphically depicts Samaria and Jerusalem, the capital cities, as two immoral women. The metaphor emphasizes that their judgment was inevitable and well-deserved.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
