OET (OET-LV) If you_have_sinned what do_you_do in/on/over_him/it and_multiplied transgressions_your what do_you_do for_him/it.
OET (OET-RV) If you disobey him, what do effect could it have on him?
⇔ ≈And if your disobedience accumulates, what could that do to him?
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
אִם־חָ֭טָאתָ מַה־תִּפְעָל־בּ֑וֹ וְרַבּ֥וּ פְ֝שָׁעֶ֗יךָ מַה־תַּעֲשֶׂה־לּֽוֹ
if sinned what? accomplish in/on/over=him/it and,multiplied transgressions,your what? you(ms)_will_make for=him/it
Elihu is using the question form for emphasis. If you would not use the question form for that purpose in your language, you could translate these questions as statements or as exclamations. Alternate translation: “If you sin, you do not accomplish anything against God. If your transgressions multiply, you do not do anything to him.”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / personification
וְרַבּ֥וּ פְ֝שָׁעֶ֗יךָ
and,multiplied transgressions,your
Elihu is speaking of Job’s supposed transgressions as if they were living things that could multiply on their own. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “Or if you commit many transgressions”
35:4-8 Elihu attempted to answer his own question (35:2), but his answer did not add to what Zophar (11:8-9), Eliphaz (22:12), Bildad (25:5-6), and Job (9:8-10) had already said. Elihu failed to recognize that all sin wrongs God (Gen 39:9; Matt 25:41-46; cp. Prov 19:17).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Greek words that they’re translated from.
