וְכָ֨ל־הָאָ֔רֶץ מְבַקְשִׁ֖ים אֶת־פְּנֵ֣י שְׁלֹמֹ֑ה

The author says all of the earth as a generalization for emphasis. If it would be clearer in your language, you could express the emphasis in a different way. Alternate translation: [And people from throughout the earth were seeking the face of Solomon]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וְכָ֨ל־הָאָ֔רֶץ מְבַקְשִׁ֖ים אֶת־פְּנֵ֣י שְׁלֹמֹ֑ה
and=all the=earth/land (Some words not found in UHB: and=all the=earth/land sought DOM face/surface_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) to,hear DOM wisdom_of,his which/who he/it_gave ʼElohīm in,heart_of,his )
Here, the face of Solomon represents being in Solomon’s presence. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [And people from throughout the earth wanted to come into the presence of Solomon] or [And people from throughout the earth wanted to have an audience with Solomon]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
לִשְׁמֹ֨עַ֙ אֶת־חָכְמָת֔וֹ אֲשֶׁר־נָתַ֥ן אֱלֹהִ֖ים בְּלִבּֽוֹ
(Some words not found in UHB: and=all the=earth/land sought DOM face/surface_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) to,hear DOM wisdom_of,his which/who he/it_gave ʼElohīm in,heart_of,his )
The author is speaking as if wisdom were an object that God could have placed in Solomon’s heart. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [to hear the wisdom that God had given him in his mind]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
לִשְׁמֹ֨עַ֙ אֶת־חָכְמָת֔וֹ אֲשֶׁר־נָתַ֥ן אֱלֹהִ֖ים בְּלִבּֽוֹ
(Some words not found in UHB: and=all the=earth/land sought DOM face/surface_of Shəlomoh/(Solomon) to,hear DOM wisdom_of,his which/who he/it_gave ʼElohīm in,heart_of,his )
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of wisdom, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [to hear the wise things he said, which God had put in his heart] or [to hear the wise things he said, which God had enabled him to understand]
OET (OET-LV) And_all the_earth/land were_seeking DOM the_face_of Shəlomoh to_hear DOM wisdom_of_his which he_had_put god in_heart_of_his.
OET (OET-RV) and even people from distant countries would come to see Shelomoh to listen to the wisdom that God had given him.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
