וּמִקְוֵ֕ה
and,from,Que
The word Kue is the name of a place. Most interpreters identify it with Cilicia, a region in what is now the nation of Turkey.

בִּמְחִֽיר
(Some words not found in UHB: and,the_export_of of,the_horses which/who [belonged]_to,Solomon [was]_from,Egypt and,from,Que traders_of the=king received from,Que for,a_price )
The author is using for a price as a common expression of his culture to mean that Solomon’s traders would buy these horses at whatever price was current at the time. (It appears that while the prices in Egypt were relatively fixed, as the next verse indicates, the prices in Kue fluctuated.) If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [for the going price] or [at the market price]

OET (OET-RV) Shelomoh acquired horses from Egypt and from Kue—his traders would acquire them from Kue for the king for a price.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
