If it would be more natural in your language, you may want to put the information about Yahweh hearing the complaints of the Israelites before his question about how long he must endure this evil congregation, that they are murmuring against me. Alternate translation: [I have heard the murmurings of the sons of Israel, which they are murmuring against me. Until when to this evil congregation, that they are murmuring against me?]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion
עַד־מָתַ֗י לָעֵדָ֤ה הָֽרָעָה֙ הַזֹּ֔את אֲשֶׁ֛ר הֵ֥מָּה מַלִּינִ֖ים עָלָ֑י
until when(q) to,congregation the,evil (the),this which/who they(emph) grumbling on,me
Yahweh is using the question form to express his frustration with the Israelites’ constant complaining. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [This evil congregation needs to stop murmuring against me!]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis
עַד־מָתַ֗י לָעֵדָ֤ה הָֽרָעָה֙ הַזֹּ֔את אֲשֶׁ֛ר הֵ֥מָּה מַלִּינִ֖ים
until when(q) to,congregation the,evil (the),this which/who they(emph) grumbling
Yahweh is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. Alternate translation: [Until when will this evil congregation escape punishment, for they are murmuring]

DOM complaints_of sons_of Yisrael which/who they(emph) grumble on,me
The term murmurings and the phrase they are murmuring come from the same root word. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of saying this. Alternate translation: [what the sons of Israel are murmuring against me]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
