It might seem that the expression their counted ones being repeated contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you can shorten it. Alternate translation: [Their counted ones by the number of every male from a son of a month and upward were 7,500]

their_enrolled_of,[men] & their_enrolled_of,[men]

The expression their counted ones is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is Moses. Alternate translation: [Those whom Moses counted … those whom Moses counted]

If your language has a different way of expressing the number 7,500, you could use that number expression instead. Alternate translation: [were seventy-five hundred]
