For emphasis, people in this culture used a construction in which a verb and its object come from the same root. Here and throughout this chapter, this happens with the words keep and keeping. See the chapter introduction for more information. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of showing the emphasis. Alternate translation: [And they shall carefully keep him and all the congregation]

לִ⁠פְנֵ֖י אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד

to=(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before tent/house meeting

Here, to the face of represents being in front of the tent of meeting. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [in front of the tent of meeting]
