If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. Alternate translation: [Because you have drawn me up and have not let the ones being hostile to me rejoice over me, I will extol you, Yahweh] or [Yahweh, because you have drawn me up and have not let the ones being hostile to me rejoice over me, I will extol you]

Here David is speaking of God’s help as if God had physically raised him up from a lower place to a higher place. The other times the word the ULT translates as have drawn me up occurs in the Old Testament, it refers to drawing water out of a well with a bucket. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [you have helped me] or [you have delivered me me]
