This is the last division of the book of Revelation and the last section. In it, the angel, Jesus, John, and the Holy Spirit spoke some final messages.
The angel of 21:9–22:5 affirmed that the book of Revelation is true. Then Jesus reminded the readers that he will return to earth. He also encouraged the readers to believe what was in this book. Then the angel told John to make this message known to other believers.
Then Jesus again spoke words of encouragement to believers. The Holy Spirit and the church invited all people to come to Jesus and believe in him. Then John warned everyone not to add any words to this book or remove any part of it. Jesus again reminded the readers that he will return. John agreed and ended the book with a blessing on God’s people.

Let the unrighteous continue to be unrighteous: This command is to everyone who is a wrongdoer. In some languages using plural forms is more natural. For example:
Those who do what is wrong/evil, continue doing what is wrong/evil!
the unrighteous: The Greek word that the BSB translates as the unrighteous refers to someone who does things that God says are not right to do. For example:
the one who is doing harm (NLT)
whoever is doing evil (NCV)
He that is unjust (KJV)
and the vile continue to be vile;
may whoever is immoral do immoral things still,
Those who do what is morally bad, continue doing so!
the vile continue to be vile: This command is to everyone who is vile. Translate this clause in a similar way to 22:11. For example:
Those who are vile continue being vile!
vile: Here the Greek word that the BSB translates as vile refers to deeds that are morally bad or wrong. Other ways to translate this word are:
morally filthy (NET)
impure mind
immoral
dirty-minded (CEV)
let the righteous continue to practice righteousness,
and may whoever does right/just deeds do right/just deeds still,
Those who do what is upright, continue doing so!
let the righteous continue to practice righteousness: The phrase the righteous indicates that the deeds of these people are upright and good in God’s eyes. Other ways to translate this clause are:
let the good persevere in their goodness (REB)
The one who is righteous must continue to act righteously (NET)
and the holy continue to be holy.”

And those who are devoted to serving God, continue being so!”
holy: Here the word holy refers to being set apart for special service to God. Here it probably also implies being without sin. Other ways to translate this word are:
devoted to God
set apart for God
pure/blemishless/sinless

John is using the adjectives filthy, righteous, and holy as nouns to mean certain kinds of people. ULT adds one in each case to show that. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. 22:11 Vile people who refuse to accept God’s forgiveness will continue to be vile (see 16:9), yet John reminds the righteous to maintain their integrity. This verse is a warning to evildoers, and it calls the righteous to recognize the crucial significance of Christ’s return relative to their commitments and their actions.
