OET (OET-RV)King Shelomoh sent for a craftsman in Tsor (Tyre) called Huram.[fn]

7:13 Sometimes (including this passage) his named is spelt ‘Hiram’, but we’ve opted to consistently name him ‘Huram’ (as per 2 Chr. 4:11) to conveniently avoid confusion with King Hiram (also from Tsor/Tyre).

ULTAnd the king Solomon sent and took Hiram from Tyre.

UST13-14There was a man who lived in the city of Tyre whose name was Huram. He was a craftsman. His father had also lived in Tyre and had also been very skilled at making things from bronze, but Huram’s father was no longer living. His mother was from the tribe of Naphtali. Huram was very wise and intelligent and was very skilled at making things from bronze. Solomon invited him to come to Jerusalem and supervise all the work of making things from bronze, and Huram agreed.

BSBNow King Solomon sent to bring Huram[fn] from Tyre.

7:13 Hebrew Hiram, a variant of Huram; also in verses 40 and 45; see 2 Chronicles 4:11. Note that this is not Hiram king of Tyre mentioned in 1 Kings 5:1.
