The phrase given from it to the dead refers to making offerings to the spirits of dead people. This was a pagan religious practice that was forbidden in Israel. If your readers would not be familiar with this practice, you could use a more general term or explain it in a footnote. Alternate translation: [have I offered any of it in worship of the dead] or [have I used any of it as offerings to dead people]

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [I have carefully done everything that you, Yahweh my God, have commanded me]

Moses assumes that readers will know that listen as it is used here, includes the meaning of “obey.” You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers.
