Here Moses is speaking as if a person could literally hide yourself from them when seeing lost animals. This is a metaphor for deliberately ignoring something that needs attention and avoiding responsibility. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. This same phrasing appears in verses 3–4 as well. Alternate translation: [pretend you do not see them] or [deliberately ignore your responsibility to help]

The word yourself indicates that the object of the verb is the same as the subject of the verb. Moses is emphasizing that a person should not deliberately avoid helping when they see a lost animal. Use a way that is natural in your language to indicate that the same person fills two roles in the sentence. Alternate translation: [pretend not to see them] or [deliberately ignore them]

Moses is repeating forms of the verb return in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. This emphasizes the obligation to definitely return the lost animal. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification. Alternate translation: [you must certainly return them] or [you absolutely must return them]
