To translate the term Arise here and the term “arose” in the next verse, how you translated the term “arose” in [1:50](../01/50.md). Alternate translation: [Take action]

צִוִּ֥יתִי שָׁ֛ם אִשָּׁ֥ה אַלְמָנָ֖ה לְכַלְכְּלֶֽךָ
(Some words not found in UHB: get_up go to,Zarephath which/who [belongs]_to,Sidon and,you_will_dwell there see/lo/see! commanded there woman/wife widow to,supply,you )
Yahweh does not mean that he has spoken to this widow and commanded her to provide food for Elijah. He means that he has commanded for this to happen and will arrange it. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [I have commanded that a woman, a widow, there is to sustain you]
Note 4 topic: writing-participants
שָׁ֛ם אִשָּׁ֥ה אַלְמָנָ֖ה
(Some words not found in UHB: get_up go to,Zarephath which/who [belongs]_to,Sidon and,you_will_dwell there see/lo/see! commanded there woman/wife widow to,supply,you )
The author is introducing this woman as a new participant in the story. Your language may have its own way of introducing new participants that you can use in your translation. Alternate translation: [a certain woman who is a widow who lives there]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
