If you decided in the previous verse to translate this quotation in such a way that there would not be a quotation within a quotation, you can continue doing that here. Alternate translation: [And they, their corpses will fall in this wilderness]

וּ⁠פִגְרֵי⁠כֶ֖ם אַתֶּ֑ם

Yahweh is stating the pronoun you separately, even though the phrase translated as your corpses already includes this meaning. He is doing that to transition clearly from speaking about the children of the Israelites to the Israelites themselves. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. Alternate translation: [But concerning you, your corpses]

Yahweh is using your corpses will fall as a common expression of this culture to mean “you will die.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly.
