בַּחֹ֨דֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִ֜י בְּאַרְבָּעָ֨ה עָשָׂ֥ר י֛וֹם
in,month the=second on_[the],four- ten day
The second month of the Hebrew calendar includes April and May on Western calendars. You could convert the Hebrew day and month into an approximate date on the calendar that your culture uses. However, the Jews used a lunar calendar, so if you use a solar calendar, the date will be different every year, and the translation will not be entirely accurate. So you may just want to give the number of the day and the name of the month on the Hebrew calendar and say in a footnote approximately what time of year that is on your calendar.
Note 2 topic: translate-ordinal
בַּחֹ֨דֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִ֜י
in,month the=second
If your language would not represent a number in a form such as In the second month, you could represent this number in a form that your language would use. Alternate translation: [On month two]
Note 3 topic: translate-ordinal
בְּאַרְבָּעָ֨ה עָשָׂ֥ר י֛וֹם
on_[the],four- ten day
If your language would not represent a number in a form such as on day 14, you could represent this number in a form that your language would use. Alternate translation: [on the fourteenth day]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
בֵּ֥ין הָעַרְבַּ֖יִם
between the,evenings
See how you translated this phrase in [9:3](../09/03.md). Alternate translation: [when evening began]
Note 5 topic: translate-unknown
וּמְרֹרִ֖ים
and,bitter_herbs
These bitter herbs are a kind of vegetable or plant that has a strong and sour taste. If your readers would not be familiar with what bitter herbs are, you could use a more general term or explain it in a footnote. Alternate translation: [and small plants that taste bitter]
Note 6 topic: writing-pronouns
יֹאכְלֻֽהוּ
they,will_eat_it
The pronoun it refers to the Passover lamb. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [they shall eat the Passover lamb]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
