ClVg Postquam autem omnes circumcisi sunt, manserunt in eodem castrorum loco, donec sanarentur.[fn]
(Postquam however everyone circumcisi are, manserunt in eodem castrorum loco, until sanarentur. )
5.8 Postquam autem. Circumcisi vero filii Isræl requieverunt in eodem loco, sedentes in castris, usque dum sanarentur. ISID. in Jos.
5.8 Postquam however. Circumcisi vero children Isræl requieverunt in eodem loco, sedentes in castris, until dum sanarentur. Non sufficit circumcidi; necesse it_is after circumcisionem sanari, and cicatricem in vulnere obduci. Circumcidi therefore through Yesum it_is vitia and consuetudines pravas, and pessima instituta deponere, and quidquid away honestatis regula discordat abscindere. But this facientes, quadam difficultate constringimur, when/with quodam dolore animi consuetudinis culpam novella institutione vitamus: this therefore tempore velut in dolore circumcisionis nostræ dicimur residere, usquequo cicatrice obducta sanemur, id it_is nova instituta without difficultate impleamus, and in usum vertatur that first/before insolitum and difficile videbatur; and tunc merito it_is_said nobis: Hodie abstuli opprobrium Ægypti from vobisAnd fecerunt. Postquam ablatum it_is opprobrium Ægypti, fecerunt children Isræl pascha the_fourth decima day month. Nec because before circumcisionem, but_not post, before sanarentur, they_could carnes agni comedere: vides therefore because nemo immundus facit pascha, nemo incircumcisus. Whence: Pascha nostrum immolatus it_is Christus. Itaque festum celebremus diem, not/no in fermento veteri, nor in fermento malitiæ and nequitiæ, but in azymis sinceritatis and veritatis I Cr. 16.. And fecerunt. ISID. in Yos. Post of_the_Gospels circumcisionem, immediately in instead revelationis pascha celebratur, and Agnus immolatur, who tollit sins mundi; and deficiente manna typicæ legis, primum comedit populus panem corporis of_Christ, which incorrupta repromissionis terra, id it_is virgo Maria, protulit, cuyus granum in earth/land cadens fructum plurimum attulit. Nota ordinem: postquam Yesu Christo duce, through lavacri fluenta transimus, and through faith spirituali circumcisione signamur, tunc demum pascha celebramus, id it_is immolatum Christum credimus for salute mundi, and credentes immediately pane Dominici corporis pascimur.
