Normally the OET discourages the reading of individual ‘verses’, but this view is only designed as a tool for Bible-translators and others doing comparisons of different translations—the older translations are further down the page (so you can read up from the bottom to trace the English translation history). The OET segments on this page are still early looks into the drafted texts of the Open English Translation of the Bible—please double-check these texts in advance before using in public.

אֲשֶֽׁר־תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה ׀ בְּיָ֣ד רָמָ֗ה
who you(ms)_will_make with,a_hand presumptuously
Here, Yahweh is speaking of doing something deliberately and defiantly as if it were done with a hand being high. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [who sins boldly and deliberately] or [who transgresses on purpose]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / genericnoun
מִן־הָֽאֶזְרָח֙ וּמִן־הַגֵּ֔ר
from/more_than the,native-born and=from the,sojourner[s]
Here, native and sojourner represent Israelites and foreigners in general, not specific individuals. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use expressions that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [from natives and from sojourners]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / gendernotations
ה֣וּא מְגַדֵּ֑ף & עַמָּֽהּ
he/it blasphemes & people_of,its
Here the masculine terms he and his have a generic sense that includes both men and women. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use language in your translation that is clearly inclusive of both men and women. Alternate translation: [he or she is blaspheming … his or her people]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / 123person
אֶת־יְהוָ֖ה
DOM YHWH
Yahweh is speaking of himself in the third person as Yahweh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in the first person. Alternate translation: [me, Yahweh]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְנִכְרְתָ֛ה הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖וא מִקֶּ֥רֶב עַמָּֽהּ
and,it_will_be_cut_off the=living_creatures the=that from,the_midst_of people_of,its
Here, Yahweh is speaking of separating someone from the community as if that person were actually being cut off from the group. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. See the chapter introduction for more information. Alternate translation: [and that person shall be expelled from the midst of his people]
Note 6 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וְנִכְרְתָ֛ה הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖וא מִקֶּ֥רֶב עַמָּֽהּ
and,it_will_be_cut_off the=living_creatures the=that from,the_midst_of people_of,its
The expression shall be cut off is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is the Israelites. Alternate translation: [and the rest of the Israelites must cut off that person from their midst]
