This could mean: (1) that David is using the term words to represent what Mephibosheth has been saying by using words. Alternate translation: [Why are you still speaking like that]; (2) that the term words has the sense of “matters,” as in 18:13. Alternate translation: [Why do you still speak of your affairs]

If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [You do not need to keep speaking like that] or [You do not need to speak any further of your affairs]
