If your language does not use this passive form, you can state this in active form. Alternate translation: “for he has sealed you for the day of redemption”
4:30 Believers must not alienate God’s Holy Spirit, who identifies them as belonging to God (cp. Mark 3:29; Acts 5:3-5, 9; 1 Thes 4:8; Heb 6:4-8).
• has identified you as his own (or has put his seal on you): The presence of the Spirit both confirms and guarantees the future redemption of believers (see Eph 1:13-14; Rom 8:16-17; 2 Cor 1:22; 1 Jn 4:13).
OET (OET-LV) And not be_sorrowing the the holy spirit of_ the _god, by whom you_all_were_sealed for the_day of_redemption.
OET (OET-RV) And don’t sadden God’s holy spirit, because he is the one who recorded your names for the day when the price will be paid to buy you all back.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
