The psalmist is using the adjective wicked as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [Many are the pains of those who do wicked things]

חֶ֝֗סֶד יְסוֹבְבֶֽ⁠נּוּ

steadfast_love it,will_surround_him

The psalmist is speaking of covenant faithfulness as if it were a living thing that could protect someone by surrounding them. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Yahweh’s faithful love will protect him] or [Yahweh’s covenant faithfulness will protect him]
