Yahweh’s covenant faithfulness will surround the one who trusts in him
(Some words not found in UHB: many pains of_the,wicked and,the,trusts in/on/at/with,LORD steadfast_love surrounds,him )
Yahweh being faithful to a person and protecting that person is spoken of as if Yahweh’s covenant faithfulness surrounded the person. If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea behind the word faithfulness, you could express the same idea with an adjective. Alternate translation: “Because Yahweh is faithful to his covenant, he will protect the one who trusts in him” (See also: figs-abstractnouns)
