The terms instruct and teach mean similar things. The psalmist is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [I will carefully teach you]

Here the psalmist is speaking of how a person lives as if that were a way or path that the person was walking along. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [in how you should live] or [regarding how you should live]

Yahweh is using with my eye upon you as a common expression of the culture to mean “watching you closely and guiding you directly.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [I will teach you directly] or [I will look you in the eyes when I counsel you]
