OET (OET-RV)to proclaim your loyal commitment in the morning,
⇔ and your truthfulness every night,

uW Translation Notes:

proclaim your covenant faithfulness in the morning

(Some words not found in UHB: good to,give_thanks to/for=YHWH and,to,sing_praises to,name_of,your most_high )

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea behind the word faithfulness, you could express the same idea with an adjective such as “faithful.” Alternate translation: “proclaim in the morning that you are faithful to your covenant”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / ellipsis

your truthfulness every night

(Some words not found in UHB: good to,give_thanks to/for=YHWH and,to,sing_praises to,name_of,your most_high )

The verb may be supplied from the previous phrase. If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea behind the word truthfulness, you could express the same idea with an adjective such as “true.” Alternate translation: “proclaim every night that everything you say is true” (See also: figs-abstractnouns)

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

Ps 92 Thanksgiving and praise open this psalm. The Lord—the Most High—is faithful and just in discerning between the godly and the wicked. The godly will enjoy a glorious, vigorous future, while the wicked will perish. The wise see and understand the Lord’s works as they reveal his justice (92:6-7, 11, 15). The wicked, like grass, are quickly destroyed (92:7-10).
