Note: This view shows ‘verses’ which are not natural language units and hence sometimes only part of a sentence will be visible. Normally the OET discourages the reading of individual ‘verses’, but this view is only designed for doing comparisons of different translations. Click on any Bible version abbreviation down the left-hand side to see the verse in more of its context. ClVg Uxor in domo viri cum se voto constrinxerit et juramento,[fn]
(Uxor in at_home viri when/with se voto constrinxerit and yuramento, )
30.11 Uxor in domo. AUG. De illa prius dixit, quæ in domo patris sui vovit, etc., usque ad sic tamen, ut non nisi rationi motio illa consentiat.
30.11 Uxor in domo. AUG. De that first/before he_said, which in at_home of_the_father sui vovit, etc., until to so tamen, as not/no nisi rationi motio that consentiat.
30:1-16 Vows were an important way to express devotion or piety, but were sometimes made in haste and were often forgotten. Voluntary pledges were commonly made on special religious occasions or in times of war. Perhaps the reference to vows and voluntary offerings (29:39) prompted the further discussion here (cp. 15:3; see also 6:1-21; Lev 5:4-5; 27:1-34; Deut 23:21-23). These instructions were applied in the case of Hannah and Elkanah (1 Sam 1:1-28). Such practices, which included fasting, continued into the New Testament period (e.g., Matt 6:16; 15:3-9; Acts 18:18; 21:23). Vows of females—young and unmarried or adult and married—were subject to approval by the responsible male who would be a financial partner in the vow. Nobody, male or female, young or old, should make a vow to God and then neglect it.

(Occurrence 0) then all her vows will stand
(Some words not found in UHB: and=if house_of her/its=husband/man made_a_vow or bound pledge on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in self_of,her in/on/at/with,oath )
This is an idiom. The phrase “will stand” means that her vows will remain in effect and she will be required to fulfill them. See how you translated a similar phrase in Numbers 30:4. Alternate translation: “then she must fulfill all her vows”
