(Hōmoiōsen auton doxaʸ hagiōn, kai emegalunen auton en fobois eⱪthrōn. )
BrTr He made him like to the glorious saints, and magnified him, so that his enemies stood in fear of him.
WEBBE He made him equal to the glory of the saints,

DRA He made him like the saints in glory, and magnified him in the fear of his enemies, and with his words he made prodigies to cease.
