OET (OET-LV) And_come_down all your_servants these to_me and_bow to_me[fn] to_say go_out you and_all the_people which in/on/at/with_feet_you and_after thus I_will_go_out and_he/it_went_out from_with Farˊoh in/on/at/with_hot of_anger.
11:8 Note: BHS has been faithful to the Leningrad Codex where there might be a question of the validity of the form and we keep the same form as BHS.
OET (OET-RV) Then all your servants will come down to me, and they’ll bow to me, pleading, ‘Go, you and all the people who follow you.’ And after that I’ll leave Egypt.” Then Mosheh left Far’oh in a fiery rage.
Note 1 topic: translate-symaction
וְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲוּוּ־לִ֣י
and,bow to=me
This does not mean to bow for worshiping. They will bow to Moses to beg him to leave. They will do this to show how desperate they will be for Moses and the Israelites to go. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could express that explicitly.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וְהִשְׁתַּֽחֲוּוּ־לִ֣י
and,bow to=me
They will bow to Moses to beg him to leave. They will do this to show how desperate they will be for Moses and the Israelites to go. If this action would not mean the same thing in your culture, you may need to make the reason they are bowing explicit. Alternate translation: “and they will bow down to me to beg”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְכָל־הָעָ֣ם אֲשֶׁר־בְּרַגְלֶ֔יךָ
and=all the,people which/who in/on/at/with,feet,you
Here, the people are pictured as below Moses, which means they are his followers. The reference to feet also can mean they go the same place he goes, again, meaning “follower.” If your language uses a similar image to mean follower, you can translate the image; if not, you may use another image from your culture or translate the meaning. Alternate translation: “and all the people who are following you”
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵ֖ן אֵצֵ֑א
and=after so go_out
This means that Moses and the Israelites will leave Egypt. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could express that explicitly. Alternate translation: “After that I will leave here” or “After that I will go out from Egypt”
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
בָּחֳרִי־אָֽף
in/on/at/with,hot anger
This is an idiom meaning that Moses is angry. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent idiom or use plain language. Alternate translation: “enraged”
11:8 Pharaoh had lost control. Moses was no longer asking; he was now in a position to dictate the terms of the Israelites’ departure from the country.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
