OET (OET-RV) and he built the siderooms—each level just over two metres high and attached to the temple with cedar beams.

If it would be more natural in your language, you may want to put the information about how the addition held onto to the temple with the information that Solomon built it against or right next to the temple. Alternate translation: [And he built the addition against all of the house, and it held onto the house with wood of cedars. Five cubits was its height]

The author is saying all of the house as a generalization for emphasis. The context makes clear that no part of the addition was in front of the temple, where there was a porch. If it would be clearer in your language, you could express the emphasis in a different way. Alternate translation: [all around the sides and back of the temple]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
חָמֵ֥שׁ אַמּ֖וֹת קֽוֹמָת֑וֹ
five cubits height_of,its
The author expects readers to understand that each of the three levels of rooms was five cubits high. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [five cubits was the height of each of its levels]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
