OET (OET-LV) And_DOM all_of the_house he_overlaid gold until was_finished all_of the_house and_all the_altar which belonged_to_room he_overlaid gold.
OET (OET-RV) He overlaid the interior of the entire temple with gold until it was all finished, including overlaying the altar belonging to the inner room with gold.

and=DOM (Some words not found in UHB: and=DOM all/each/any/every the,house overlaid gold until finished all/each/any/every the,house and=all the,altar which/who [belonged]_to,room overlaid gold )
These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition. The author is using a poetic form to provide a summary statement of the entire process of overlaying the temple interior with gold. It would be good to show this to your readers by representing both phrases in your translation rather than combining them. There may be a natural way to do this in your language. Alternate translation: [So he overlaid the temple interior with gold until there was no part of it that was not overlaid with gold]

(Some words not found in UHB: and=DOM all/each/any/every the,house overlaid gold until finished all/each/any/every the,house and=all the,altar which/who [belonged]_to,room overlaid gold )
This could mean: (1) Alternate translation: [that was in front of the inner sanctuary] or (2) Alternate translation: [that was associated with the inner sanctuary]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
