Elisha is using the adjective full as a noun to mean a certain kind of vessel or container. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. Elisha assumes that the widow will understand that she should continue pouring oil into each container until it is full before moving on to the next one and that she should set each full container aside to make room for filling empty ones. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [And once a vessel is full, set it aside and fill another vessel]
