By we, our, and us, the people of Israel mean themselves and their ancestors but not the king of Edom to whom they are speaking, so use the exclusive form of those words in your translation if your language marks that distinction.

Here, our voice represents the cry for help that the people of Israel called out. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [and he heard our plea]

Here, the messenger could be: (1) an angel that Yahweh sent to help the Israelites. Alternate translation: [an angel] (2) a human representative, probably Moses. Alternate translation: [a representative]

Here the people of Israel are speaking as if there were something for the king of Edom to look at, using the word behold to focus his attention on what they say next.
