uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

מִקְצֵ֤ה הַשָּׁמַ֨יִם ׀ מֽוֹצָא֗וֹ וּתְקוּפָת֥וֹ עַל־קְצוֹתָ֑ם

(Some words not found in UHB: and=he [is]_like,a_bridegroom going_out from,chamber_of,his rejoices like,a_mighty_[man] to,run course )

David assumes that readers will know that the end of the heavens and the ends of them refer to opposite horizons where the sun appears to begin and complete its daily journey across the sky. You could say that explicitly if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [From the furthest extremities of the heavens is its going forth, and its circuit to the furthest extremities of them]

Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns

מֽוֹצָא֗וֹ וּתְקוּפָת֥וֹ & מֵֽחַמָּתוֹ

(Some words not found in UHB: and=he [is]_like,a_bridegroom going_out from,chamber_of,his rejoices like,a_mighty_[man] to,run course )

The pronouns its in the phrase its going forth, and its circuit and in the phrase its heat all refer to the sun. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [is the sun’s going forth, and the sun’s circuit … from the sun’s heat]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

וְאֵ֥ין נִ֝סְתָּ֗ר מֵֽחַמָּתוֹ

(Some words not found in UHB: and=he [is]_like,a_bridegroom going_out from,chamber_of,his rejoices like,a_mighty_[man] to,run course )

The expression nothing hidden is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [and there is nothing that is able to escape from its heat]
