Both occurrences of the pronoun them refer to the commandments and teachings of Yahweh described in verses 7–10. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [by Yahweh’s commandments your servant is warned; in obeying his commandments there is great reward]

David is speaking of himself in the third person as your servant to show humility. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate this in a humble form in the first person. Alternate translation: [I, your servant, am warned] or [I am warned]

If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is Yahweh. Alternate translation: [they warn your servant] or [Yahweh warns your servant by them]
