יִשְׂא֤וּ הָרִ֓ים שָׁ֘ל֥וֹם לָ⁠עָ֑ם וּ֝⁠גְבָע֗וֹת בִּ⁠צְדָקָֽה

The psalmist is speaking of the mountains and the hills as if they were living things that could bring peace to the people. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [May the land produce prosperity for the people, from the mountains to the hills, through righteousness]
