In this verse, the pronoun he refers to the kings, their refers twice to the needy, and the pronoun his refers to the king. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could state that explicitly. Alternate translation: [May the king redeem the lives of the needy from oppression and from violence, and may the blood of the needy be precious in the king’s eyes]

The psalmist is using the singular life to refer collectively to the lives of multiple people. If your language would not use a singular noun in this way, you could use the plural form. Alternate translation: [their lives]

The words oppression and violence mean similar things. The psalmist is using the two words together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [from every kind of mistreatment]
