OET (OET-RV) “I’ll certainly go with you,” she said, “but it won’t be you that’s honoured afterwards, but rather Yahweh will use a woman to defeat Sisera.” So Deborah accompanied Barak to Kedesh.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication
הָלֹ֧ךְ אֵלֵ֣ךְ עִמָּ֗ךְ
to_go I_will_go with,you
Deborah is repeating the verb go in order to intensify the idea that it expresses. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the emphasis. Alternate translation: “I will indeed go with you”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns
לֹ֨א תִֽהְיֶ֜ה תִּֽפְאַרְתְּךָ֗
not be glory,you
If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of honor, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: “people will not honor you”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
עַל־הַדֶּ֨רֶךְ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אַתָּ֣ה הוֹלֵ֔ךְ
on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,road which/who you(ms) going
Deborah could be using the term way to refer to: (1) Barak’s conduct in saying he will only go if Deborah comes with him. Alternate translation: “since you have said that you will only obey Yahweh on this condition” (2) the military expedition that Barak will be leading. Alternate translation: “for leading this expedition”
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
כִּ֣י בְֽיַד־אִשָּׁ֔ה יִמְכֹּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־סִֽיסְרָ֑א
that/for/because/then/when in/on/at/with,hand woman/wife sell YHWH DOM Şīşərāʼ
See how you translated the similar expression in 2:14. Alternate translation: “for Yahweh will give a woman the opportunity and power to kill Sisera”
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
וַתָּ֧קָם דְּבוֹרָ֛ה
and=she/it_arose Dəbōrāh
Here the expression arose means that Deborah took action, specifically to accompany Barak. It does not mean only that she stood up from where she was sitting beneath the palm tree. Alternate translation: “Then Deborah got ready”
4:9 Honor for the victory would go to a woman, which meant a loss of face for Barak.
• This Kedesh appears to have been near Mount Tabor (cp. 4:6, 12), a different location than the Kedesh in Naphtali (4:6), which would have been too far north for the action described.
OET (OET-LV) And_she/it_said certainly_(go) I_will_go with_you nevertheless if/because not it_will_be glory_you on the_road which you [are]_going if/because in/on/at/with_hand of_a_woman he_will_sell YHWH DOM Şīşərāʼ and_she/it_arose Dəbōrāh and_went[fn][fn][fn] with Bārāq Qedesh_to.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
