OET (OET-LV)[are]_thus [the]_paths of_all [those_who]_forget (of)_god and_hope of_[the]_godless it_will_be_lost.

OET (OET-RV) The paths of people who forget God are like them.
⇔ The hope of godless people will just disappear.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

כֵּ֗ן אָ֭רְחוֹת כָּל־שֹׁ֣כְחֵי אֵ֑ל

yes/correct/thus/so paths all/each/any/every forget god

Bildad is speaking of the things that happen to people as if they were literally paths that those people were walking along. If it would be clearer in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “This is what happens to all the ones forgetting God”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

וְתִקְוַ֖ת חָנֵ֣ף תֹּאבֵֽד

and,hope godless perish

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of hope, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: “and the godless will not get what they hope for”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj

חָנֵ֣ף

godless

Bildad is using the adjective godless as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this word with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: “a godless person”

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

8:12-13 To forget God does not mean to have a lapse of memory but to act as if God did not exist (see Pss 10:4; 14:1; Zeph 1:12) or cannot see (see Job 22:13-17; Ps 94:7).
