10.4 Quoniam quæ perfecisti. Convertit ab his sermonem ad Deum quasi: Cur dicunt transmigra? Cur de peccatoribus terretur, qui intendunt sagittare rectos? quia quæ perfecisti destruxerunt in suis conventibus, ubi parvulos, qui erant lacte nutriendi, ex quorum ore laus perficitur, venenis necant. Justus autem, quid fecit? AUG. Secundum utramque partem, etc., usque ad animæ suæ nocet, non justo, qui Deo credit.
10.4 Quoniam which perfecisti. Convertit away his conversation to God quasi: Cur dicunt transmigra? Cur about peccatoribus terretur, who intendunt sagittare rectos? because which perfecisti destruxerunt in to_his_own conventibus, where parvulos, who they_were lacte nutriendi, from quorum ore laus perficitur, venenis necant. Yustus however, quid fecit? AUG. After/Second utramque partem, etc., until to animæ suæ nocet, not/no justo, who Deo he_believes.

Here, the haughtiness of his nose is an idiom that means pride or arrogance. If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, use an idiom from your language that does have that meaning or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “his arrogant attitude” or “his pride”

The author is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. It is unclear *who* does not seek *what* here. It could be that 1) the wicked seeks not God. They do not fear him or obey him. 2) the wicked thinks that God does not seek them out, or notice them, to punish them. Alternate translation: “thinks God seeks not” You could supply these words if it would be clearer in your language.
