OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_was to/for_them in/on/at/with_inheritance_their wwww seven and_Sheⱱaˊ and_Moladah.
OET (OET-RV) Shim’on’s inheritance included: Beer-Sheba,[fn] Moladah,
19:2 TC: Ancient manuscripts differ, with some adding Sheba (possibly a mistaken reduplication) or Shema here (but that would make the total number wrong that’s given in v6).
Note 1 topic: translate-names
The writer lists cities that were in the land that the tribe of Simeon received as an inheritance.
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וַיְהִ֥י לָהֶ֖ם בְּנַֽחֲלָתָ֑ם
and=he/it_was to/for=them in/on/at/with,inheritance,their
The land and cities that the tribe of Simeon received are spoken of as if they were an inheritance that they received as a permanent possession. Alternate translation: “They had the following cities for their inheritance”
19:2-9 Some of the towns given to the tribe of Simeon were also part of Judah’s allocation because Judah’s territory was too large for them (cp. 17:14-18). Judah apparently absorbed most of Simeon’s territory into its own before the end of the Old Testament period.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
