OET (OET-LV) And_he/it_said to_him/it not heart_of_my did_it_go just_as he_turned a_man from_under chariot_of_his to_meet_you a_time to_take/accept/receive DOM (the)_silver and_to_accept clothes and_olive_trees and_vineyards and_sheep and_cattle and_male_servants and_maidservants.
OET (OET-RV) “Wasn’t I there in spirit when a man turned from on his chariot to meet you?” Elisha said to him, “Is this a time to take silver or clothing, or to take olive trees or vineyards, or sheep or cattle, or male or female servants?

Elisha is using the question form for emphasis and to rebuke Gehazi. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate these questions as statements or as exclamations. Alternate translation: [My heart went with you when the man turned from upon his chariot to meet you! This is not a time to take silver or to take clothing or olives trees or vineyards or sheep or cattle or male servants or female servants!]

Elisha is speaking as if his heart had literally traveled to the place where Gehazi met Naaman. He is using his heart to represent his spirit, and he means that he was aware in his spirit of what Gehazi had done. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Was I not with you in spirit]

The implication is that Gehazi wanted to use the silver he took from Naaman to buy these things. You could indicate this in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [to buy olives trees or vineyards or sheep or cattle or male servants or female servants]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
