The servant girl is using the expression remove him from his leprosy to mean “cure him of his leprosy” or “heal his leprosy.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly, here and in verses 6 and 7. Alternate translation: [Then he would remove his leprosy from him]
