The king of Aram is leaving out some of the words that in many languages a sentence would need in order to be complete. You can supply these words from the context if that would be clearer in your language. (The brevity of this statement may indicate immediate agreement and urgency, and you may wish to show that in your translation.) Alternate translation: [All right, go from here in Aram right away and enter the land of Israel]

The author does not mean that Naaman somehow held all of this silver and gold and clothing in his hand. He is using the term “hand” to indicate that Naaman was the agent who conveyed these things, probably commanding soldiers who carried them. (The author says in [5:9](../05/09.md) that he came with horses and chariots, and the author refers in [5:15](../05/15.md) to his “camp,” meaning his soldiers.) If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. These 10 kikkars of silver weighed over 330 kilograms or about 750 pounds. In your translation, you could use the ancient measurement and spell the word “kikkar” the way it sounds in your language. Alternatively, you could use the ancient measurement and put a modern measurement in parentheses in the text or in a footnote.
