(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_sent to=him/it ʼElīshāˊ messenger to=say go and,you_will_wash seven times in,Jordan and,it_will_return flesh_of,your to/for=yourself(m) and,be_clean )
Elisha is speaking of Naaman’s flesh as if it were a living thing that could return to him on its own. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and your flesh will be restored to its former condition]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / imperative
וּטְהָֽר
and,be_clean
While the expression be clean is an imperative, this was not a command that Naaman was capable of obeying. Instead, it describes what the result would be if Naaman did obey Elisha’s instructions to wash in the Jordan River seven times. Alternate translation: [and you will become clean] or [and you will no longer be a leper]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
