OET (OET-LV) And at_the_setting of_the sun, all as_many_as were_having ailing ones with_ various _diseases, they_brought them to him, and he laying_on his hands to_one each of_them, was_healing them.
OET (OET-RV) In the evening, anyone who had a relative with any kind of disease brought their sick relatives to Yeshua and he placed his hands on each one of them and healed them.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
δύνοντος δὲ τοῦ ἡλίου
˱at˲_/the/_setting and ˱of˲_the sun
The implication is that the people waited until sunset because that marked the end of the Sabbath, and they could then do the “work” of bringing the sick to Jesus. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could state that explicitly, as UST does. Alternate translation: “when the sun was setting and the Sabbath day was ending”
τὰς χεῖρας ἐπιτιθεὶς
his hands laying_on
Alternate translation: “placing his hands”

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Greek words that they’re translated from.
