OET (OET-LV)And the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) said to_them:
He_wrote the this command for_you_all for the hard_heart of_you_all,

OET (OET-RV)Yeshua responded, “Yes, he wrote that law because he saw your stubborn desires,

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: grammar-connect-words-phrases

δὲ

and

Here, the word But introduces the next thing that happened. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a word or phrase that introduces the next event, or you could leave But untranslated. Alternate translation: “Then”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom

πρὸς τὴν σκληροκαρδίαν ὑμῶν

for the hard_heart ˱of˲_you_all

Here, the phrase your hardness of heart refers to obstinacy or unwillingness to listen and obey. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a comparable figure of speech or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “Because you are hardheaded” or “Because you are so stubborn”

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

πρὸς τὴν σκληροκαρδίαν ὑμῶν

for the hard_heart ˱of˲_you_all

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of hardness, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: “Because your hearts are hard”

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / yousingular

ὑμῶν & ὑμῖν

˱of˲_you_all & ˱for˲_you_all

Because Jesus is speaking to the Pharisees, the words your and you here are plural.

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

10:5-9 God permitted divorce as a concession to the hard hearts of the people. But God’s will is more aptly expressed in the passages that Jesus quotes from the law of Moses (Gen 1:27; 2:23-24; see also Mal 2:16). Jesus shows that God delights in marriage, which is the creation of a new union in which two become one. No one should rebel against God’s will by seeking to split apart what God has united.
