OET (OET-LV)And he_is_saying to_them:
Whoever wishfully may_send_away the wife of_him and may_marry another, is_causing_adultery against her.

OET (OET-RV)And Yeshua told them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another person, commits adultery towards his wife.

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj

ἄλλην

another

Jesus is using the adjective another as a noun to mean another woman. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you could translate this word with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [another person]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / abstractnouns

μοιχᾶται ἐπ’ αὐτήν

˓is˒_causing_adultery against her

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea of adultery, you could express the same idea in another way. Alternate translation: [becomes an adulterer against her] or [does what is adulterous against her]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

10:11-12 Whoever divorces . . . and marries someone else commits adultery: The parallel in Luke 16:18 agrees with Mark and mentions no exceptions to this prohibition of divorce, while Matthew’s parallel account allows an exception in cases of infidelity (Matt 19:9; see also Matt 5:32). Paul also allows an exception if an unbelieving partner deserts the marriage (1 Cor 7:15). Mark’s account focuses on the core principles—God hates divorce (Mal 2:16), marriage is meant to be for life, and divorce betrays the divine purpose of marriage.
